Dickson Realty represented 23% more sides than the second ranked agency. The rankings were part of REAL Trends annual study, which audits and verifies all numbers to ensure accuracy in its rankings. Sales submissions must be accompanied with audited financials.
Dickson Realty was also recently shown to be the market leader in Reno/Sparks for both the residential and luxury home market for both number of sales and sales volume during the first six months of 2015 according to the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS).
According to NNRMLS, Dickson realty had a 17.2% market share in Reno/Sparks for homes in all price ranges, and a 45% market share in home sales more than $1 million. The second ranked real estate firms had 10% and 17.6% market share respectively.
