Devin Scruggs

Reno is my home and real estate is my passion. I got my start in real estate during my 14 years as the Head Volleyball coach at the University of Nevada–Reno. I purchased my first home and became an investor alongside my father, where my team and I still manage those properties. That experience greatly contributed to my interest and success as a real estate agent.

I average over $20 million per year in residential sales and close approximately 35 transactions a year.  In 2021, I was awarded a Top Producer award from Dickson Realty, where I represented buyers and sellers on 36 transactions and $22.4 million in sales. With over 300 agents at Dickson, I was in the top 5% in sales volume and am in the top 4% of all agents in Reno/Sparks/Incline Village.

I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years as a buyer and investor, and now 10 years as an agent.  My experience managing my own properties for over two decades in the Reno/Sparks area has given me a huge vendor list of contacts to help buyers, sellers, investors, and flippers. I work with buyers and sellers on both residential and multi family sales (max 4 units) and do a lot of relocation where we often are showing properties virtually. I also have extensive experience working with investors and 1031 exchanges. I have a vast knowledge of our Reno/Sparks areas, and more recently, I am working in the Fernley, Carson City and Incline Village areas.

As a former Division I coach, I was able to successfully sell the Reno/Sparks area to recruits and their parents. I know Northern Nevada very well and love living here.  My competitive nature will be a huge asset when negotiating for my clients in every aspect of the transaction.
