- 52 homes Reno/Sparks sold with sales prices over $1 million during the first 3 months of 2018. That's a 225% increase over the first 3 months of 2017.
- Average Sold Price and Average Sold Price per Square Foot are both up over this time last year.
- Dickson Realty agents participated in nearly 38% of all luxury home sales, and over 46% of luxury home sales over $2 million during the 1st quarter.
