Median sales prices over the past 6 months have increased by 10% for single family homes and a whopping 27% for condos/townhomes. Average prices were down slightly, but these become swayed by an occassional high-priced property sale, as happened for both a single family and a condo sale in May. Active inventory was substantially less at the end of November as is normal for this time of year, so MOI (months of inventory) decreased to 4.8 months for a single family home.
